Q 4 The People

“Q 4 The People” is a grassroots movement intended to bring the power of community back to the people. Our local government should be about ALL of our residents - not about a political party. We don’t believe in politics. We believe in actions that build our community.

We need your help! Join us so we can reshape our local government so all of our voices are heard. Sign up for our newsletter and post your suggestions about how to build a stronger, better Georgia.

Building a Stronger Community.

A vote for me is not a vote for a political party. It’s a vote for the idea that we are stronger as a community when we work together.

My name is Quentin “Coach Q” Pullen, and although I am fairly new to political service, my lifetime of service has prepared me to be your Representative. I am your neighbor and, more than anything, I want to help build a stronger community by bringing back civility, and not just listening, but hearing.

I want to create a local government where all of us as neighbors feel like our voices are being heard, and a community where we have each other’s back.

I am not only asking for your vote to help build a strong community, but I am seeking your assistance. Help me find the solutions to create a safer community, a more financially stable community, and a thriving community that supports our hometown talent and creativity.

I am asking you to please vote for me so we can move forward, better, together. CommUNITY!

“The Mission for District 68”

  • No Georgian should face financial ruin because they or a loved one experiences a medical emergency. Yet too many families across our state are forced into debt to receive basic care.

The health of a community directly affects its quality of life. When hospitals close, especially in rural and underserved areas, access to care vanishes. At the same time, healthcare costs continue to rise, putting even more pressure on working families, seniors, and small business owners.

    Georgia must do better.

As your State Representative, I will fight for a healthcare system that works for all of us, not just those who can afford it. Expanding Medicaid and strengthening access to Medicare are solutions available to us right now that would bring federal dollars home, protect our hospitals, and provide coverage to thousands of uninsured Georgians.

Healthy communities are strong communities. And strong communities build a stronger Georgia.

  • Georgia’s minimum wage has not kept pace with the real cost of living. While housing, healthcare, transportation, and groceries continue to rise, too many hardworking Georgians are earning wages that make it nearly impossible to support themselves and their families.

I believe that if you work full-time, you should be able to afford to live with dignity, without needing multiple jobs or government assistance to make ends meet.

A fair wage should reflect the cost of living in the community where someone lives and works. When corporations post record profits while employees struggle to survive, it’s clear the system needs reform.

As your State Representative, I will advocate for policies that strengthen working families, support small businesses responsibly, and move Georgia toward wages that truly reflect the value of work.

Because an economy only works when it works for everyone.

  • Small businesses are the backbone of our communities. They create jobs, mentor young workers, sponsor local events, and reinvest their earnings right here at home.

Yet across Georgia, legacy brick-and-mortar shops are closing at an accelerating pace. For too long, state policy has prioritized large corporations and out-of-state interests over the entrepreneurs who live, work, and serve in our neighborhoods.

When local businesses struggle, entire communities feel the impact.

Unlike multinational corporations that send profits to distant shareholders, small businesses circulate their dollars locally, strengthening families, building wealth, and sustaining the character of our towns.

As your State Representative for District 68, I will advocate for policies that level the playing field, expand access to capital, reduce unnecessary barriers, and create an environment where local entrepreneurs can thrive.

When we grow local, we build generational wealth. And when small businesses succeed, our entire community succeeds.

  • Education is the foundation of opportunity.

Every child in Georgia, no matter their zip code, deserves access to a high-quality education that prepares them for college, careers, and life. Strong public schools strengthen families, grow our workforce, and build safer, more prosperous communities.

Yet too many schools remain underfunded, teachers are overworked and underpaid, and students lack access to the resources they need to succeed. When we fail to invest in education, we limit our future.

As your State Representative, I will advocate for fair and fully funded public schools, competitive teacher pay, expanded early learning opportunities, and workforce development programs that connect students to real-world careers.

Education is not an expense; it is an investment. And when we invest in our children, we invest in Georgia’s future.

  • Honor Service. Protect Our Elders.

Those who have served our country and built our communities deserve more than words of gratitude; they deserve action.

Our veterans answered the call to defend this nation. They should never have to fight for access to healthcare, employment opportunities, mental health services, or the benefits they have earned. We must ensure that state programs work in partnership with federal resources to support those who served fully.

At the same time, our seniors, the generation that laid the foundation for the opportunities we enjoy today, deserve to age with dignity. That means protecting access to quality healthcare, supporting affordable housing options, strengthening senior services, and ensuring they are not burdened by rising costs on fixed incomes.

A strong Georgia honors its service members and protects its elders. As State Representative for District 68, I will advocate for policies that uplift veterans, safeguard seniors, and ensure that respect is reflected not just in ceremony, but in law.

  • Homeownership has long been part of the American Dream. It represents stability, opportunity, and the ability to build generational wealth. But for too many Georgians, that dream is slipping further out of reach.

Housing costs have surged in recent years, driven in part by large corporations purchasing single-family homes as investment properties. When homes become commodities instead of communities, families are priced out, and neighborhoods lose their character.

Homes should be places where people live, grow, and build their futures, not just assets on a corporate balance sheet.

Our communities need housing options for every stage of life: young professionals starting their careers, families raising children, and seniors transitioning into retirement. As your State Representative for District 68, I will advocate for policies that promote responsible development, protect homeownership opportunities, and ensure attainable housing at every level of life.

Strong communities begin with stable homes, and everyone deserves a fair chance to have one.
